- PLASTER CORNICE RESTORATION - We combine traditional craftsmanship and
modern manufacturing methods to reproduce original features in exact detail
and high quality. To re-instate existing plaster cornice mouldings we take a
plaster cast of your original plaster cornice and then return to our factory
to strip it down and model an exact replica. We then return to re-instate
your plaster cornice moulding using traditional skills and can guarantee
that your plaster cornice will look as it would have done when it was
originally installed.

- Most decorators are still prisoners of one of the great clichés of the
20th century: The white ceiling. Usually ceilings end up as flat,
white-painted surfaces merely out of habit. In the 19th century, however,
designers felt that ceilings were the most important surface because it can
be seen without any obstructions. As a result, the ceiling was often more
highly ornamented than the walls.
